Returns Policy

If you're not completely happy with an item, just return it to us in the same condition you received it for an exchange or refund*, within our returns period(s) shown below. Once we have received and inspected the goods, and are content that they haven't been washed or worn, we will refund the cost of the return postage.  Providing the goods meet all the terms of our refund policy we will also refund the cost of goods.

When trying on your boy shorts or boxer trunks please ensure they are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

At no time will FOCX issue a refund for items which have been washed or worn.

Returns period

UK - 21 days from the date we shipped it
Outside the UK - 34 days from the date we shipped it

Returns received outside these periods may not be accepted, so please also allow enough time for your goods to get back to us (in the UK, 4 working days via Royal Mail signed for) is usually sufficient, or from outside the UK 10 working days via Royal Mail signed/tracked).

We will always make allowances for disruption to postal services and airlines which might affect your return getting back to us, but if you think your return may be late for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can Faulty Items Be Returned?

We rarely receive underwear back due to manufacturing faults,  However, in the event the garment is faulty ie loose or missed stitching then you're welcome to return (within 30 days) for a repair or replacement (wherever possible), or a full refund if we're unable to repair the original item or replace with an identical product.

Can Gifts Be Returned?

Yes of course, as long as they meet our returns policy. Please also refer to the paperwork that came with the goods.

Please be aware that the purchaser will automatically be notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. Sorry, but we can't prevent this as it's an automated part of our returns system. Refunds can also only be issued to the Paypal account which was used to pay for the goods or via cheque.

If you would like replacement items of a higher value than the returned goods, we will need to have the cardholder's permission before requesting any additional charge to their card or PayPal account. Alternatively, you can pay any difference owing with your own card or PayPal account. If you would like to do this, please include clear payment instructions with the returned items, together with your own contact details in case we have a query.
